The Arrest Record Information Act also matters because public records can include documentation related to arrest, indictment, proceedings, conviction, acquittal, dismissal, or discharge. That does not convert every photo into an online public gallery. It means the request must be routed through official record holders, and the response must follow state access rules.

A clear request can ask for any releasable booking photo, arrest photograph, and booking record for the named person, arrest date, and report or case number when known. Los Alamos Mugshot Removal Limits
Removal is a different question from access. Since no official county mugshot gallery was located, there is no county roster image to remove from a public Los Alamos Detention Center profile. If an official record was released earlier, later sealing or expungement may change what agencies can disclose going forward.
